🍒 put on a movie or show they enjoy,

🍒 get them a cute fluffy blanket,

🍒 if you’re going to cuddle, then make sure you’re safe from the illness (if it’s easily spread),

🍒 early bedtime (yucky),

🍒 run them nice warm baths,

🍒 hot water bottles!!

🍒 get their favourite stuffie but make sure they’re protected!!

🍒 if they can’t sleep, play a lullaby or read a bedtime story. try your hardest to get them to sleep,

🍒 no sweets!

🍒 if they wake up in the middle of the night, make sure to hold them tight,

🍒 tummy rubs,

🍒 get them to drink lots of water,

🍒 show them you care,

🍒 get them to eat healthy snacks like strawberries.
